Returns Policy

For damaged and faulty items: If there is an issue with the product that is not caused by the buyer, please take a photo of the problem product and send it to our customer service for confirmation. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.
Returns for reasons other than product quality issues will not be accepted. If accepted, the product cost will be refunded, but return shipping costs will not be included.
